Important Terms
Monthly payment is due in advance. Production allocation is subject to the stated active-project limit and approved complexity. Unused views do not automatically roll over. Major redesigns and new camera views count as new deliverables. Architectural design, engineering, and technical drafting are excluded. Rush work and excess monthly production are quoted separately.

Architectural and interior design services; structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering; signed and sealed drawings; permitting; surveys; quantity takeoffs; construction estimates; technical drafting not expressly included; major redesign; printing, fabrication, media placement, and third-party licenses unless specifically stated.
